Trying to decide on favors

Hey knotties!

We're holding our wedding at a desert botanical garden. We're both nature-lovers and most of our guests are, too. With that in mind, which favor idea do you think would be best? And of course, personal input and preferences are expected and welcome! =) I put links to photos for inspiration behind each one.

    As someone possessing pretty much the opposite of a green thumb, I'd go with any one of your edible options.  Personally, the prickly pear candy sounds the most intriguing, followed by the jam but the cupcakes are adorable and could look really cute as part of a centerpiece. 

    So I'm no help - but all the edible stuff sounds yummy and I don't think you could go wrong with any of those.

    Cupcakes!! They look incredibly cool, and seem like such a unique idea! I also think, of the edible options, would be more likely eaten than forgotten.

    normally i'd agree that edible is the way to go, but i would personally love a mini succulent.

    I say cupcakes too!  You can use them to decorate your tables too before they're eaten, so win win!

    Thanks for all of your input! Sadly,that design ended up being out of our budget. What do you all think of this idea? Still cute, still cupcakes, and still with succulents but less expensive and more DIY?

    I'd like either the cupcakes or a candy bar.

    The picture you posted just of a more budget-friendly cupcake design looks good to me except for those sticks.  Could you maybe use one succulent flower thing per cupcake and kind of smoosh/attach it to the icing itself?

    Love all of your initial ideas!  The latest pic you posted looks really cheap imho...looks like those are just printouts of flowers stabbed into cupcake?  maybe you could do a little fondant leaf or something.

    I love the jam idea.  My FI and I are kind of obsessed with fun jams lol, and after all the food at the wedding itself, I'd prefer something I could save and eat later (not going to happen with the cupcake...kind of hard to travel with)

    The Jam sounds very intriguing, and would probably stand out more as a favor vs. a dessert.

    The succulent cupcakes look gorgeous.  I suspect they'd be the most expensive of the options you've provided though, due to the amount of time needed to individually decorate them.  I like all of your options though.
