-Y EXCITED! She has been my bestie for almost 30 years now, and she and her husband are going to make amazing parents. She actually asked me if I wanted them to wait to start trying-don't you dare!-and we chose a dress from the start that would accommodate a baby bump. She'll be about 6 months on the wedding day. It's a smooth pregnancy so far, and she won't be standing up too long.

My other BFF-her twin sister-will be in the WP, as will her 2 children. How special that all 3 of my "nieces & nephews" will be part of our day!

    Yay! I not-so-secretly am hoping FSIL and FBIL are expecting on our wedding date. They're getting married about 10 months prior so, you know, there's time. I want to be an auntie.

    I really hope one of my friends gets knocked up. We're only 4 months out though so even if they are it wouldn't really be obvious.

    How exciting for you!

    I'm pretty sure FSIL is good with the one that she has, so unfortunately I won't have the joy of watching her go through the pregnancy! I'm excited to be an aunt though. Future-niece is going to be a little over 1 year when we get married, but I'm already mentally planning the hundreds of shopping trips I'll take her on when she's older. :)

    Ooh! I'm toying with the idea of a luncheon for a slightly larger group of important ladies, a spa day for just the WP ladies, or gift cards they can use to unwind post-wedding. Love the pre-natal massage idea!

    I know several of my friends are actively trying to get pregnant (and FSIL is trying to not be pregnant at our wedding but has stopped using any sort of BC other than hopes and prayers, so we'll see lol), and I have at least one friend who already texted us that she's bringing a +0.5 to the wedding. I'd be so excited if my future "nieces and nephews" were there to celebrate with us!

    That's so exciting! My MOH (who is my SIL) will be about five months pregnant, and I'm so very excited. They found out the day after my grandmother passed away, so it feels like this wonderful bundle of light and joy and happiness during such a tough time. I'm happy the baby bump will be in attendance. :P

    I will admit that I rolled my eyes as I clicked the link to this thread...but, you're awesome!

    My MOH and her hubby just got "permission" from her doctor (she's type 1 diabetic and has been trying for a few years to get her blood stable enough to get pregnant) so last week she took me out for dinner/drinks to "ask" if it was ok if they could start trying for a baby before my October wedding. I almost hit her over the head for even thinking that she had to ask me that!

    One of my bridesmaids has been trying for years to get pregnant, and she is so optimistic every month, "Maybe this is my month!" I really, really hope she's pregnant at our wedding!

    I'm a little late but congrats to your friend!! My best friend and MOH found it she was pregnant too! She'll be around 6 months at our wedding and I could not be more estatic. I honestly was about to send this thread to her when I saw the title and be like gezz what's wrong with people! Glad I opened it first ;)
