So I got my dress and then had it altered. It needed the bodice taken in. It also needed hemming, but with its shape the seamstress suggested just basically picking it up rather than hemming a ton of layers. I appreciate any suggestions that may save some money and it all came out to being pretty reasonable. I tried the dress on and decided I wanted to have cups added and taken in a little more, other than that everything's good and I wasn't planning on trying it on again until close to the wedding.
Looking at it though, I think the bodice got a little messed up with alterations and I'm second guessing the picking up as opposed to hemming as well.
(this is bustled, so extra poofy)
Is this something that can be fixed with some simple tacking or something or is it ruined? Or am I completely freaking out over nothing? I was going to show some pre-altered pictures but I think I deleted them

Re: Freaking out a little over alterations
Are you unhappy with the bustle?
