HELP! The Knot's guest list manager problems!!!

Is anyone else having problems with the Knot's guest list manager??? I accidentally imported my list twice and it takes FOREVER to delete someone.  It locks up my computer each time.  I even tried to delete the entire thing and start over, but it won't let me....any help?

    Unfortunately that tool has a lot of problems. It may be easier to create a list at home to keep up with this stuff. This way, if you need the info it should always be handy to you (unlike TK guest list manager),

    I used the Knot guestlist manager for a while but ended up using an Excel spreadsheet instead so that I knew I could always get to it and not have to worry about glitches.

    I finally got a response from the - IT is working on resovling the issue so we should all be able to access this info soon again!!

    By far the worst guest list tool that exists. I've wasted 2 hours trying to fix this. Over it. Can anyone recommend a more user-friendly guest list planning tool online?

    I use wedding wire and had no problems.  I really like how it works.

    Yeah... this thread is 4 years old and I doubt the problem has been fixed yet.
