Help! Electronic Save the Date

Hi there,

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the e-mail save the dates through this site to send? I sent a test one to myself that came immediately, but when I sent to my entire list (including myself) it hasn't come yet. It's only been a few minutes and I'm guessing it might take longer to process. Has anyone used this feature before?

Thank you!

  • I would discourage you from using electronic STDs.  Most people take their STDs and put them on the refrigerator door to remind themselves.  Electronic ones are too easily ignored, and I think they are tacky, too.  (MHO)  STDs are not necessary.  You can skip them if you are on a budget.  Postcards from Vistaprint work well, too.  Easy to stick them on the frige!

  • I used Vistaprint for my engagement invitations and planning to use for the STD. They offer lots of coupon codes.

I don't stick things on my refrigerator.  When I get a STD I simply make a note in my calender.

@KnotPorscha can you help with OP's question?

  • Thanks for the suggestions but we're definitely doing them electronically. As mentioned, they aren't necessary but I think they're a nice gesture for our out of town guests.
  • Hey @WendyA1183! If it is an AOL, Comcast, Cox.net email address or sometimes any school addresses like EDU’s, they will block our RSVP server.

Feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance. They can be reached at feedback@theknot.com or call Mon-Thurs 6am-7pm PST and Fri 6am - 6pm PST at 877-335-5252.
