  • I finally weighed myself after 3 weeks and gained all the weight back I lost. I was sad. BUT I didn't gain any more than that, so I have to keep that in mind! This weekend was horrible, on Saturday we had all three meals out!

    B: Uncrustables, Kix, Clementines

    L: Salad with almonds, 1/2 avocado, cheese, turkey, boiled egg, bleu cheese dressing

    S: String cheese and banana

    D: Leftover ST balsamic pork roast that we're adding barbecue sauce too and making pulled pork sandwiches!

  • Ugh.  I was terrible yesterday.  Why did I think Oscar party meant stuffing myself?

    Trying on dresses this weekend has renewed my diet/exercise motivation. I WILL make this a good week!

    B: Coffee with cream and sugar
    L: Nothing if I don't go to the gym - if I do go I will have a grilled cheese and roasted broccoli sandwich
    D: Chicken fajitas!
    S: Mini cheesecake with caramel

    I did go to the gym and burned over 500 calories (yay!) so I had a grilled cheese with broccoli and a lemon greek yogurt with cookie pieces. Yum.

  • Starting my weight at 00 and will show you ladies the minus weight. I'm back at the highest I've ever been and want to get back to a healthy weight range. So I'm counting calories.  (I'll edit my post to add calories and snacks!)

  • @blueyes90 - My fave breakfast is a toasted English muffin with 2 tbsps of peanut butter and sliced banana! I eat each half by itself instead of like a sandwich. So yummy and so filling! Just be careful with what peanut butter it is since some are full of random crap and sugar.



  • Thanks, @Swazzle, for clueing me into this thread. I need all the help I can get! Is this supposed to be today's recount or yesterday's (…sorry, I blame Monday brain for the stupid question). I'm going with today and will fix in the future if I'm off.

    I'm 5'11" and weighed in at 158 lbs this morning. I'm frustrated b/c I've been doing the barre workout for 2.5 weeks now and have gained 1 lb. I've no doubt it's because of muscle gain, but I'd love to drop 5 - 8 lbs while also toning up a bit :/ Wedding is 4.5 months away; first dress fitting 2.5 months.

    B: 1 cups coffee, black; 2 Morning Star Farms Sausage Patties; 1 egg, over medium
    L: 2 cups Progresso low sodium Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
    S: 1 banana & 2 slices mozzarella cheese (…I'm fixin' to start my period. I get a slice of cheese, damn it!)
    D: Unknown (just went grocery shopping & will likely be Pork loin with tarragon-oninon gravy & green beans
    E: 1 hour of pure barre; 30 minute dog walk

    C (I don't see anything for cocktails so I'm making it up since I consume my fair share of calories through alcohol): 1 gin & ginger ale

  • @Niccirf - No problem at all and welcome! 

    Personally, I plan out and post in the morning for that day. I do better with sticking to healthy eating when I do it that way. Some people have a hard time with that and prefer to post at the end of the day or the day after. Whichever works for you!
