Tuesday Accountability

YOU GUYS! I WAS -2.2 TODAY!!!!!!!! This weigh-in puts me over my 3% goal for month 1 of Dietbet and puts me at -6 lbs total. I AM HAPPY AND I FEEL GREAT! 

B: Greek yogurt (2), oatmeal (4)

L: Pulled pork with BBQ sauce (6), steamed veggies (1)

D: Leaning towards Subway. H and I have a Devils game. (~10)

S: Clementines, mini babybel (1), WW chocolate pretzel bar (2)

Total: 26/26

    B:  english muffin with a little whipped butter, 2 pc. bacon, 2 eggs, black coffee

    L:  MS skillet meal (brown rice, ckn thighs, roasted red bell peppers, tomatoes, peas); blueberries and strawberries

    S:  cashews and an apple

    D:  Real Simple's Braised Chicken Thighs with Almonds and Raisins over a brown rice medley; sumo orange (split with H)
    ETA:  also having green beans tonight!

    WO:  Insanity Core Cardio and Balance (last recovery workout before starting again on Thurs!)

    I killed it at the gym yesterday and am sore today, so I'll probably just do a light at-home workout later. On the menu for today:

  • I'm still not losing anything and I'm annoyed.  I feel...firmer but no change in the numbers.  I need to start doing measurements again.  Over the last 3 or 4 weeks, I've fluctuated by about half a pound.

    B- breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs, avocado, spinach, tomatoes, coffee with skim
    S- apple, string cheese
    L- oatmeal with nuts (forgot my lunch, glad I keep oatmeal in my desk!)
    D- no idea, I need to get groceries after work and I don't have a list yet

    E- I'm really sore from all the snow nonsense yesterday and today so I'm going to do yoga and hope I get nice and stretched out
  • Bad day. Bad, bad day. Still waiting to start my period AND took my dad out for a birthday lunch. 'Nuff said.

    B- plain asiago cheese bagel
    S- banana
    L- 6 chicken wings & half a plate of nachos
    D- open faced tuna & avocado sandwich w/ sweet potato fries
    E- 30 minute dog walk (which was at a super brisk pace. yes, I'm grasping at straws here so just go with it…)
