How do you tell someone they are not invited to your wedding?

Was the status of a friend on Facebook that just posted this craziness. I will keep you all posted on what is being said. II wonder if she will tell people they are not invited. I weep for humanity.

    It has a few more comments: The first one was about "Bean dippin'". Other Comments are about "you don't. it's rude"  "You buy them a strong drink before and after" She the Bride said "To bad I announced my wedding on Facebook. Basicallly it's cuz it's a small wedding."
     Her close family replied, "Oh that is too bad....Was looking forward to it"
