This is pretty interesting:
http://www.cnn.com/2014/03/06/us/california-drunken-gambler-las-vegas-casino/Apparently this guy had some drinks at airport, went to Downtown Grand, got drunk at dinner (which fortunately has a witness who is a law professor at UNLV), rolls up to the pai gow table at the casino and gambles for 17 hours straight taking out markers of $100k + $100k + $50k + $250k while downing even more drinks, slurring, dropping chips on the floor and not being able to tell the denominations apart. He's suing to have the $500k in losses voided on the grounds that nevada gambling regulations state that casinos are prohibited from "permitting persons who are visibly intoxicated to participate in
gaming activity" and from providing "complimentary service of
intoxicating beverages in the casino area to persons who are visibly
intoxicated."
Sounds like this dude drops tons of cash all around Vegas regularly so he may actually have a case.
