Hi! I'm looking for any brides who have worn or plan to wear Nicole Miller's Georgina dress (IN002). The neckline is very unique, so I am wondering how other girls are styling hair, earrings, etc. with it. Thanks!

Ha, I just don't have the curves to wear it like that! My chest doesn't have that same 'gusto', unfortunately.

I'll likely style it fairly simple with a hint of art deco in accessories if I can. I really love the stitching on the dress, so I want to try to play that up a bit. I also love that the dress is SO EASY TO MOVE IN, so I want to be sure everything else is in line with that as well.

My date is September 13th. When is yours?

I'm with you on the stitching. I recently saw a bridal shop post it with a beaded sash, though, so at my fitting I might play around with that idea.

I am wearing the Georgina dress for my Aug 16 wedding and am wearing it with the Betsey Johnson shoes in the above post (great minds think alike), with some vintage drop earrings and a vintage bracelet. I am also pairing it with a braided Carol Hannah belt the echoes the jewels on top of the dress.

Hi ladies ! I am getting married January 2015 and I'm also wearing Nicole Miller's Georgina gown. I've only purchased my veil so far, it's cathedral length with a blusher. I haven't figured out accessories yet. Since the gems and jewels on the dress look vintage-y I'm thinking of doing glamorous Old Hollywood style waves as my hair, and maybe vintage Emerald earrings with a fur wrap/stole.

Hi everyone!

I just tried on this dress and LOVED it. I put down some money on it and started googling it like crazy to see it on real brides! Well, to my surprise, I actually found that there seem to be TWO versions of the dress:

I tried on the one on the second link, which I loved until I saw the one on the first link. It seems that the beading comes together more on the first link, to me, it just makes the dress come together more and look more elegant. Any ideas why this is?

Hi all,

I wore this dress in September. I actually added straps (that were removable, but I ended up wearing them the entire night because I felt more comfortable) so that changed the look of the dress a bit. I wore flats (I'm quite tall), an elbow length veil, and some fairly simple jewelry (earrings from Nordstrom and a tennis bracelet that belonged to my husband's late mother).

I'm wearing this dress for my September '15 wedding. I'm currently planning on wearing it with a thin ~1" wide satin sash in a deep, warm gray color. It seems to soften the whole look a bit without taking away from the beading and stitching.

I am planning on wearing this as my reception dress - just wondering if any of you ladies have full busts...I am concerned that these "cups" on the dress (not added pads, but the actual cups on the dress with the stones/beads) won't support larger busts? Anyone have any insight or thought to this? It seems to me that all of the posts/pics I've seen online show ladies wearing Georgina with smaller busts. THANKS!
