so i ordered last night invites from American wedding and i thought we did enough proofing without having to pay an addtional 20 to have a digital proof sent to me i go online to check over the invites again i get a listing of what i ordered and what it says

well under response card it says m number of persons will attend but somehow we forgot to put not attending omg i am freaking out so much right now they are not open till monday so there is not much i can do. and i need to know if someone is not coming or not

do you think if i called them on monday they would be able to add that to my order? on the response card

i am having a mini panic attack right now

They might be able to fix it in time. However, I don't think it's a crisis. If I got an invitation and it was addressed to my husband and I, and only I could go, and we sent it back saying 1 person will attend, you kind of know one ISN'T attending, right? It tells you how many ARE coming.

thanks i have family though that waits till the last minute to send out stuff or forgets and i don't want to assume this person is not coming when they are. and it means more work for me to call people and chase them down to find out if they are coming or not. id rather get a good percent of invites back with a yes or no and then those stragglers i could call and it wouldn't be as much .

But even if you have the line on there, that doesn't change the stragglers or the info you receive back.

Their customer service is pretty good. They might fix it for you. That's where I ordered my invitations from.

I just ordered from them this week! I am sure you could contact them, but if they can't change it, it's not that big a deal. People who are not coming can just put "0" in the number attending. I paid the 20 dollars for the online proof, and I did a better job copying and pasting than they did. So it definitely wasn't worth it (but it's only 20 dollars, so whatever.)

they were able to change it but when they did they had to cancel out my old order and process it as a new order which charged me full price when i had a discount code that i used last night. they are closed now so i will call them tomorrow and hope customer service is open so they can fix it and give me a credit
