The dog ate my thank you cards...

H and I finally finished the last batch of thank you cards today. While we were out eating dinner, our dogs grabbed a bunch of them off the counter and ate them/tore them to pieces. Now begins the fun process of figuring out which ones we need to rewrite. Yay!

Oh god. Im so sorry to hear that! Fi and I are visiting my parents, and we went to our cake tasting early this morning.We get back to the house and open the door to the room Raider was left in.......

POO EVERYWHERE.

Like mushed into the carpet in a 4x4 square in front of the door, all over the door and walls, and little poopie paw prints tracking all over the rest of the room and onto our bed!!!

Somebody gets travelers diarrhea, apparently.. needless to say we have spent all day with the carpet cleaner machine and febreeze and the washing machine for other linens.

I'd show you the picture... But I won't. It was horrific.

That is something our dogs would have done. The older one has eaten bills, books, junk mail, credit cards, CDs/DVDs, shoes, a putty knife, baby toys, and her crowning achievement the footboard of a sleigh bed.

I actually laughed a lot when I read this. It's pretty funny, because I can imagine my dogs doing that. I am sorry though! Good luck rewriting them.

Our 4 month old puppy got into my box of wedding crafts and untied every single tulle bow, that took hours to figure out and do. Then she unwrapped an entire spool of twine around the entire house, and chewed on all my glue sticks and the glue for my hot glue gun. And then chewed on the cover for my wedding planner. (she's teething, and apparently she had lost a tooth on my planner, because it had some lovely blood on it) And to top everything off, spilled her water dish over it all. It was awesome.

Sorry! That sounds like something my dog would do. I came home a few weeks ago to a torn up bag of potato chips all over my kitchen floor, she didn't eat any of them. Just tore the bag up.

Damn kids. We just can't have nice things.
Snow has figured out that if she pretends she was just bringing me my slipper rather than chewing on it, she won't get in trouble. I pretend to believe her in the hopes that it will train her to bring me my slippers.
