Remember how i commented on the post about Victor being extreme with me? I just got a email from Angelica who works there and she was super nice!! She gave me all the info of what i would be receiving! what a difference in Customer Service!

    I have found with some places you if you get someone awful, you can usually contact someone else there and get much better service.

    I just got mints, chapstick, keychains and a bunch of visitor guides! WOO!

    I don't know if we will lug 30 guides out there, they are heavy... but this is awesome!

    I got 50 visitor guides shipped to Australia :-) postage on those bad boys was $59.95 (they paid). So I felt kinda special.
