I have a friend who lives in South Korea she has given me her address but I can't make heads or tails of it is there a certain guidelines on how to mail internationally.

    We are sending two international invitations (United Kingdom and Hong Kong).  When addressing them, I used the exact address provided by the person we are sending them to and then added a final line indicating the country.

     USPS international stamps are currently $1.15 each for standard mailings 1 ounce and under.  Not sure of what the increase is for heavier letters, but you can look up the price by inputting the correct information here: http://ircalc.usps.com/
