Wednesday Accountability

I had to weigh in today for round 1 of my competition and I'm happy to report that I made it! I was -1 from my weight yesterday which is such a relief. I'm down 6.2 lbs in 8 weeks now. Slow and steady wins the race, right?

It was beautiful here yesterday so I walked home from work (1 mile) and then took Lucy for a long walk (2 miles). It felt SO GOOD to be outside!


B: Chocolate raspberry Greek yogurt (2), Special K with skim (6)

L: Grilled buffalo chicken strips (3) with blue cheese (2) and mixed veggies (2)

D: Beer with a side of pierogies and pretzel from the beergarden 

S: Strawberries, blueberries, mini babybel (1)

  • @Swazzle me too! It was AMAZING outside and Atlanta has some really nice walking trails.

    B: Apple cinnamon oatmeal with craisins, almonds, and whole milk, yogurt with raspberries and honey

    L: Stir fry veggies and rotisserie chicken

    D: TJ's spicy beef and broccoli

    S: Cheese and crackers, apple

    E: Pilates and arms this morning, maybe walking the stairs at lunch or more pilates tonight

    B:  1 small slice of homemade WW bread with a little whipped butter, scrambled eggs mixed with leftover mushrooms and asparagus, 1 slice deli ham, hot sauce, coffee with a tiny bit of whole milk

    L:  ginger chicken, jasmine rice, asparagus and mushrooms; pineapple

    S:  3 cuties

    D:  sauteed pork cutlets, BLT salad, sumo orange

    WO:  rest day

    E: If it's not raining I'll take the dog for an hour long run/walk

    @CocoBellaF I couldn't resist this morning! Yesterday was like 77 degrees and sunny and this morning it was completely gross and rainy...I needed a pick me up!

  • Well, I'm down 7 pounds since Sunday...because I've had that awesome stomach virus.

    lots of water and herbal tea in between

    I would punch someone in the head for a sandwich right now...
