I have been having some really strange dreams lately. Any analyzing help would be appreciated.

- Multiple dreams about multiple ex-boyfriends. Nothing naughty, just like, everyday life, but with them, and not BF.

- Last night I had a dream that we secretly got married, but BF hadn't gotten my REAL e-ring yet, so I had a placeholder, and it was just a costume jewelry piece, and the stone fell off (it was seriously like a gumball machine ring where the fake jewel is just glued to the bottom), and I was so embarrassed.

Anyone else have good ones lately?

I've had a couple of dreams about my ex in the last 6 monthsish or so...but the dreams have all been very empowering and not really reflective of real life.

I had a horrible dream a few weeks ago where FI died and I woke up crying.

I'm not really good at dream interpretation. I leave that up to my friend...she's into all of that..tarot, numerology, symbols in dreams, etc. Mostly I think it's just a way for your brain to blow off steam and I wouldn't put too much thought into it. Obviously your (hopefully very soon!!!) pending engagement with your BF is on your mind and that's where the WR related dreams are coming from. I had a couple dreams about the ring and getting married prior to getting engaged.

the other night I dreamed of my ex-BF, my "first love". in the dream I was telling him all about my life now (we broke up in 2005). it was weird!

last night I dreamed something, and my H and his boss was in my dream. I don't remember anything else about it, though. so I guess it isn't that interesting after all, just a little odd.

Ah I had two last night so weird that you bring this up.

I had one dream where some random guy was flirting with me and I was like I'm getting married soon and I felt so uncomfortable.

I had another dream Dumbledore was chasing me. I remember being so scared I was racing down the stairs and into a room and trying to lock the door before he got to me.

I don't know what they mean but it's strange. I always wonder what the meaning behind my dreams I have are but nothing ever comes to mind.

The last dream I had combined The Hunger Games and Harry Potter. Shit seemed a lot more real when everyone had wands. Then I quit reading the book series at the same time.

Now I'm reading the Redwall series and I'm starting to get irritated that I'm not dreaming of epic feasts.

I have some dreams where I think I'm dreaming about my current BF but then the person sort of morphs into my ex...it's always usually my first bf for some reason. I had one last night and we were actually about to have sex and he asked whether I wanted to use a condom or not and I said I didn't care at this point, but then he decided he was going to use one anyway. When I looked up at him it was suddenly my ex. I was disappointed that he wanted to use the condom. I guess this all ties back into real life. I secretly hope that current BF would decide we don't need to be safe anymore and just see what happens as far as getting pregnant goes. He is very adamant on using protection until our wedding night. I am not as rigid about because I'm going to be 39 this year and my time is running out.

I tend to not remember my dreams, but this one was a doozy (happened last week).

I dreamt that I was in my childhood town, driving through, except instead of driving, I was on a bike, pulling J behind me, who was in one of those little red wagons. There was a nice family with young kids and a puppy, and the puppy kept trying to follow us, which was distressing the kids, so we were trying to get the puppy to stop following us.

We ended up in a bed and breakfast, where we closed the door before the puppy could come in. J kept standing at the door with his hand on the doorknob, and I kept telling him to move away from the door because he would open it and let the puppy in. He said, "No, I'm trying to keep the door closed," but I didn't believe him and I moved him away from the door.

All of a sudden, my paternal grandmother comes in the door, screaming at us for not inviting my dad to our wedding, and she started threatening us with a knife. I told my best friend, who was suddenly in the room, to call 911, and then I started protecting J from the knife attack.

Most my dreams seem to be WR anymore..and they're all horrible.

In my latest WR dream, I was sitting at home watching tv when all the sudden I was like "CRAP! WHAT TIME IS IT?!" I looked at the clock and it was 2:38 and I thought to myself, "Oh God, I'm getting married in less than 4 hours". So I'm rushing around trying to make my hair/makeup appt and a nail appt (because apparently I did not do this ahead of time). I'm running all over town on a bicycle, because thats apparently what people drive now, not cars. The only automobiles driven on the roads are semi's. So i'm riding this bicycle down the road and a lady runs her bike into mine...its a co-worker I can't stand. I remember looking at her and yelling "DAMNIT, ROBIN!" but then I felt bad because she ruined her bike, so I offered to give her a ride on my bike to her house. Her house was up a really steep, wooded hill and it was too hard for me to ride up so I finally said, "Robin, I don't have time for this. You're just gonna have to walk up the rest of the way" and I left her in the middle of the woods.
I couldn't find any salons open so i begged my sister to do my hair. My nails were all chipped and looked like shit and as I was putting on my dress to walk down the aisle, I realized I never took it in to get alterations and it was way too big, but I had to wear it any way.

And then I woke up.

@brisox81 also, the dreams about ur ex may have something to do with you and ur BF looking at engagement rings and taking the next step. When I got engaged, my ex suddenly started popping up randomly in my dreams, but I was always mad at him in my dreams and he was always ruining things in it. I never dreamed about him until I got engaged, so I'm pretty sure that had something to do with it. They've stopped for the most part though. Just a thought.

My dreams never make any sense at all whatsoever. They have a subject line usually like this dream is a Wedding Nightmare or I'm running away from someone but the dreams in itself are so weird. The other day I think I had like 5 dreams and non made sense. In one of them I was in a swimming competition but I had no idea why...I haven't done competitive swimming since I was in middle school lol.

I had a weird one a couple weeks ago involving my BF and my ex. We were at my BF's church, when suddenly my ex showed up (implausible to begin with, since he was convinced he would burst into flames if he ever entered a church). I started talking to him, asking him to please return the stuff I'd left at his parents' vacation house, and he just stood there not saying a word with a totally dead expression like he used to have when I was upset about something. Then he turned around and walked out without saying a word. I turned to my BF, we both shrugged, and then I woke up.

I'm guessing this came from BF and I going to Florida for a few days, and the fact that my ex's parents have a place down there as well. Goodbye cute shoes that I left at ex's house, I will never see you again

FI has "banned" me from watching 'Ancient Aliens' - cause I keep having abduction dreams that seem very very real. Now whenever he's over I see if Ancient Aliens is on and put it on and he tells me that I'm only punishing myself. So my alien dreams - I get cold sores and they gave me a blood transfusion that was supposed to stop me from getting cold sores (this one freaked me out after a few months because I didn't get a cold sore for like a year and usually I get them quite frequently). My other alien dream I remember is they were doing like a health screening and told me if I continued my poor eating habit and not exercising I would pass away at 62 years of age.

My last dream was that my new neighbor's kids broke down my fence to play with my dogs. My one dog is not friendly so when they climbed over the broken fence to try and play with them my unfriendly dog bit the one kid and they were trying to sue me and force me to put my one dog down. I don't remember the outcome other than the police/judge/whatever saying that I have 'beware of dog' signs and the kids were in the wrong.
