My fiance and I were planning on taking engagement pictures in city park so we booked the date with our photographer without thinking that its the first day of Jazz Fest. We have since decided to move the location to Audubon park/Tulane area. We were wondering if anyone knows whether Audubon Park requires a photo permit like City Park does? Also, do you think traffic will be awful for a photographer traveling from Baton Rouge to make this date? T
