Help!!! Can't decide wedding in May 2014

I have 2 dresses in mind & I can't decide which to buy. My wedding is in May 2014. The 1st dress my bridesmaids picked & the 2nd my future mother in law pick . Both dresses are beautiful but I can't decide.

They are beautiful! I'm assuming you've tried on both.

How did you feel in each? Are you more comfortable with or without straps?

I commented on the main post, I've seen the second in person (my cousin got married in that dress). It's hard for me to tell the details of the first. Which neckline/style do you feel more comfortable in?

Dress #2 is more romantic. Dress #1 is more fun and has a little bit of everything on it. I tried on Dress #1 and ALMOST went with it but decided not to (for a number of reasons).

What is your venue like? If you told me you were doing a vineyard/rustic wedding - I'd say #2. If you're doing more of a princess type wedding - #1.

I like the first one. But honestly. Can you even still get either of them and still have time for alterations? At this point, I'd pick whichever one you can get. You ate waiting way to long.

The first one is from Davids Bridal, for sure. I don't know about the second one. They do "stock" some of their dresses and they can arrive in about 3 weeks, so she might get lucky. But, time is seriously running out.

I love the first one, but I'm not a fair judge as that is the dress that I wore for my wedding. I got it in the champagne color. I loved it because it was a traditional style but the color made it unique. I had the back changed over to a corset and it looked amazing.

It's hard to tell when we don't see YOU in them, but from the 2 pictures, I like the first one better. Agree with PPs, what are you waiting for?! What is the stock/ordering like for these dresses??

@joane2012 it sounds like based on the thread in the "show us your dress" thread, she already owns dress #1 and found dress #2 on a used site. And she is indecisive about what to do.
