  DH and I are both writers, so we used old-time newspaper fonts on a lot of stuff -- typewriter key font for the letters RSVP, etc.
  
  I used Edwardian script and Calibri on our programmes. I used italicised letters for our table letters. I hand-wrote all the escort cards and invites and STDates.
  
  Our invite font was a true-type book font.
  
  I mostly went with easy to read stuff that reflected us as a couple.

  We bought invitations on Etsy that used Sailor (script) and Pompiere (sans serif). I believe they're both available for free on Font Squirrel.

  I used Copperplate in all uppercase for the body of the invitations and Respective Slanted for our names and the ampersand

  For my invitations I used Helena Script ES and Leander and for the envelopes/return address ( I printed direct to envelopes) I used cursif.  I downloaded Leander and cursif from dafont.com - which has sooo many.  

   

  You can do a search for wedding fonts on pinterest and there are a lot of combo's people have put together.

  I designed my sister's invites and used Jellyka Delicious Cake for hers too. I love that font. 

  
  

  For my invites I used Papyrus. My invites were less formal though.

  Chevalier, Byron Medium and Poor Richard for the invitations (plus some others that were part of the design that I couldn't change). Programs I'm in the process of designing are Chevalier, KG Eyes Wide Open (fun handwriting script), Steepidien (serif type), and Moon Flower (tall, skinny caps) which I got from dafont.com (ETA; sorry about the picture of a monitor - I do know how to take a screen grab but that was from an Instagram post the other night while I was working on it)
