outdoor wedding venue. any ideas please?

Hi. I'm hoping to get married next April in vegas. We are coming from the UK so I like the idea of an outdoor wedding where you can guarantee no snow!!
So far I like caesars palace (venus gardens).
I would be grateful if you could recommend some more places for me to look at. Thanks xx

  • Depending on your budget the primrose courtyard at Wynn is beautiful! The gardens at Flamingo are nice too. Tropicana also has a nice outdoor ceremony location. If you are open to off the strip Springs Preserve and Red Rock are stunning.

  • Mandarin and Palazzo/Venetian come to mind.  If you are looking for a view, I think the Rio does weddings at VooDoo Lounge.
We had our dream wedding at Mirage on May 3, 2014!

  • The Smith Center, our new concert hall, has a fantastic outdoor courtyard, but it is pretty open. The Resort at Mt Charleston has a lovely garden and amazing view.

  • You could also go out to the Red Rock area if you wanted really outdoor or do by the fountains at the Bellagi...
  • Platinum hotel, has a great strip view!

  • Mandalay Bay has several outdoor sites.  From the beach to a water fall backround etc.  check them out

I'm getting hitched in April next year and we've booked Primrose at the Wynn. Before we locked Primrose in, we were looking at Mandalay Bay, Platinum Misora Rooftop, and Bellagio Fountains... Also the  Hyde at Bellagio (semi-outdoors - very $$). Bellagio Fountains have an audience liimt of 30 or something stupid though...
  • Many thanks for coming back to me. Mandalay bay was a firm favourite but im worried about the cost of my photos. I've heard cashman are expensive and I know I'll want to purchase them all.

    Lots of choices here: http://www.littlevegaswedding.com/the-directory/outdoor-wedding-venues/

Some of the smaller venues at Flamingo are nice, and they (usually) allow outside photographers, for a fee. I say usually because sometimes it depends who you talk to at the venue. Tropicana is also a good budget selection, with a killer location. They have three or four outdoor options!

  • Reba - I see you have a lot of venue questions and Vegas questions in general. I don't know if you've checked The Knottie List at Vegasgroom's website yet, but there are TONS of reviews and photos there.

    www.vegasgroom.com

Go to "Vegas Knotties List". It will let you sort by venue, reception, etc, and you can read all of their reviews and see their photos. He also has them linked under the various folders and venues themselves. It's really helpful! I used it a TON while planning.

Definitely keep asking questions on the board - we don't mind - but I hope VG's site can help you too. :)
  • There are a lot of golf clubs off the strip as well. Siena, TPC, Wedgewood, to name a few.

  • If you prefer something farther away you could opt for the Valley of Fire. :) But as far as I know you can get married anywhere in Vegas as long as you have an officiant. How many people are attending your wedding?
