My SO and I were at the jewelry store getting my Grandmother a birthday gift. He was looking around and I got her gift. I went over to him and asked what he was looking at and he said,"Nothing...well, rings..." And smiled! He then played it off as though it would be a birthday gift for me later, so I could be wrong about what he's planning, but either way I got butterflies lol.

I wouldn't look too much into it, if he is telling you its for your birthday, its most likely for your birthday. I remember you mentioning that he wanted to propose to you at the ren-faire. If your birthday falls around there, and he doesn't deviate from the original plan, maybe.

That being said, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take time to consider/re-read the responses to your previous thread (opinions

). I am not trying to harp on your happiness, but based on what you've said (and other posters good advice), I would be cautious moving forward.

I'm sure it is for my birthday. I was just trying to be silly lol. And it gave me butterflies regardless just because he was thinking about getting me something special and it made my day. Don't worry, I'm not reading into it. I promise.
