Monday Progress Update - 3/17

Another weekend closer to our weddings now ladies! I feel like a got a lot of stuff done this week. I don't have too much of any of the big stuff left. I'm starting to get really excited. What I got done:

 - Met with officiant to discuss ceremony
 - Took Mom shopping for her wedding outfit
 - Bought postage for invitations
 - Finished making invitations
 - Finalized ceremony wording
 - Finalized menu
 - Gathered all our documents to get our marriage license

What did you guys get done?

    Finished buying all the attire for our 5 kids. We even got them their shoes to wear. Recieved my tableclothes and chair covers. I think im going to start on my centerpieces this week.

    -Made paper flowers for our centerpieces (halfway done)

    -Bought Jenga for our guestbook

    -We're mailing invitations out today!

    We had our shower with his side of the family! It was so much fun...and now I'm off to write dozens of thank you notes :) I feel like most of our planning is pretty much done, thank goodness. Hopefully we can go apply for our marriage license this week. Sounds like you all had busy weekends!

    -Invites all went out. I had mixed feelings- it was a huge relief, but scary at the same time. 1) because it's getting more real & 2) because I'm afraid of the drama that comes with invites lol.

    - tonight we are planning out our timeline and rehearsal dinner.

    What a busy weekend. I had my lingerie shower on Saturday and our Bridal shower on Sunday. It was so fun!

    Invitations are almost ready to go out, I just need to make a few more labels. I want to get them out this week. I feel like we are so behind for our May 17 wedding :/

    I'm May 17 also and I haven't sent my invites either :) I will probably get them out by the end of this week. They are all finished I just need to find time to get them to the post office.

    Today I had my first dress fitting. It's even prettier then I remembered! *Insert dance gif here*

    Were date twins! May 17th. :) Finally finishes with invites pretty much, just need to put belly band around it and buy postage. Were getting that this weekend thankfully! That's really the only main thing to do at this point. YAY!

    Taking them to the post office tomorrow to get them weighed, then I'll send them out Friday.

    I'm addressing invites now and I'm hoping they go out by Monday for May 23rd. I forgot to buy postcard stamps so I'm waiting for those, and my invites just came in yesterday. I dropped off all the paperwork for the church ceremony and we have selected our scriptures. Sent the deposit for the photographer and we're looking at apartments also (live with parents separately). Sunday is my hair and make up trial and also looking for bachelorette party dresses.
