Wedding Invitations & Paper

Okay, so my invites are all printed

My invites are all printed, as well as the rsvps. My wedding colors are navy and periwinkle.  But my venue is like a lodge with exposed beams. It has a rustic element to it, and my invitations are going with the rustic feel,  I have made my invites on a natural colored cardstock. Should I use dried flower seals to incorporate blue/ periwinkle into the invites, or do you think my guests won't care, so why add the extra expense?  I will add the flower seals if it is weird that I haven't really incorporated the colors into the wedding invitations.

  • I think your invites look great. I wouldn't worry about adding the flower. Most people don't even notice things like that and toss it in the trash.

I was so excited when I found these super cute stamps that fit my wedding perfectly for my STD, not a single person noticed, not even my Mom. Don't waste the money, the invites look great as they are!
  • What a lovely flower seal.  I would use them unless you are already pushing your budget.

  • I agree with @doeydo. Those are lovely and I'd use them to seal the envelopes.

Very cute but I don't think you have to incorporate your colors into you invite unless you really want to.  I think most peopel will tear through the envelope without paying much attention to it.
