Sourcing vintage items (tea cups, suitcases, books)

I'm looking for vintage tea cups & saucers, suitcases and books to create centerpieces and decor for my reception. Besides yard sales and flea markets, does anyone have any other good resource ideas? I was hoping to find an online resource besides Etsy...Thoughts? Ideas?

  • There are places that rent vintage dishes depending on your area. I just googled "vintage dish rental Seattle" and found a couple places. :) I saw it in a bridal magazine in chicago though.

Ebay and shopgoodwill.com would be good online sources.

I second doing a local google search for rentals as well.

  • i would suggest going to your local goodwill and/or other second hand stores. you can google second hand stores/thrift shops with your city name and it should find them for you.
