With the planning process because I can NOT get my planner to return a phone call or email.
I have decided either get married at the hotel chapel then try and find some where that will be under $30 a head for a reception. We don't meet the minimum requirement on head count for the hotel to cater. Or have our ceremony plus a cake and champagne toast at the stratsophere.

    Thanks @ssteele04 I ended up paying for our wedding at the casino chapel (our original plan) im waiting to hear back from the catering dept, they actually have a buffet menu that is well within our budget I just want to add cake and champagne to it.
    I also hope to hear back from the few photographers I emailed, we are only allowed to use cashman during the ceremony and on property I believe. As well as a DJ but I will only need them for two hours so im not sure if I can find someone for that short of a time period. Either way I am feeling much more at ease about the entire situation.

    I think I read that Studio B Buffet (at The M Resort) is around $25/pp. They have a private room and, last I checked, no minimum. If you have a really small group that doesn't warrant a private room, perhaps they can put you guys in a section off to the side or something.
