Zion National Park Wedding

We have decided to hold our wedding at Zion National Park on October 17th, 2015. We would love to hear any information that everyone has about their own planning experiences and any advice!

    I'm getting married there in June. First of all, congrats! Secondly, think really hard before deciding to go in the park itself. There's no amplified music allowed anywhere inside the park, even inside the Zion Lodge. You can have acoustic music, so we're planning on a violinist. I just hope that everyone will be able to hear the vows - no mikes for that either.

    We did get a fantastic venue for the reception. Majestic View Lodge is the first hotel as you come in from Vegas. The restaurant has great views and the manager, Bryan, has been really helpful. He's not always available by email, so a combination of email and calls works great.
