How do I submit my proposal to a news/society/tech blogs?

I just posted my proposal (using an custom iPhone app) on youtube and it occurred to me that I should submit my proposal to a news/society/tech blog or something (I really just want to show off and impress my fiancée)... but does anyone know how or who to submit the youtube clip? Thanks!

Do you think society and tech blogs would be interested in your proposal? Do you have a prior relationship with these blogs? Meaning, are you a moderator or a founder? Someone that the reader might be interested.

I think it bares repeating that no one will be as excited about your engagement/ wedding as you are.
