Rose.Rabbit.Lie

Does anyone know anything about the place?  It looks really cool but I'm about confused about having dinner there, or if it is even possible.  We are planning to meet our few guests at the Chandelier Bar but now I am thinking we should actually eat as it will be 8pm.  If Rose.Rabbit.Lie isn't a good option will someone, anyone please suggest some place fun and reasonably priced around the Cosmopolitan?  Should we even plan a meal? I don't want to monopolize everyone's time and we are already looking at spending most of the day and night together Saturday and then brunch on Sunday but I would like to see my girls before the wedding.

  • I've never heard of that place, so I'll suggest some other places nearby :)

Right next to the Chandelier Bar is China Pablano, it's a tapas places Asian and Mexican.  Everything I've had there has been awesome.  It's more fun with a big group b/c then you can try all the different stuff.

Near Cosmo is PBR @ Planet Hollywood and Harley-Davidson Cafe.  Also Todd English @ Aria is fun.

You can eat there, but to get seats to watch the main show was like $130/per person. :/ You can see the dining info here: http://roserabbitlie.com/#/socialtable

  • It's a new venue, and not your standard restaurant. While you're enjoying your dining experience, there are shows, called "nocturnes," that happen, semi-randomly. So it's kinda dinner and a show, but not a set show. A friend of mine was recently there and loved it to bits. There's a Living Social special on it right now, 2 for $135, and it's more of a late-night thing. The group that does it also does Absinthe, which I've been meaning to see. Maybe I'll spring for the LivingSocial deal and give you a full review. :)
  • @cirena166 that's exactly what I was hoping it was except for the cost and the late night thing.  Maybe the FI and I can go see it Thursday before our guests arrive on Friday.

  • @shoebunnie Holstein's and Shakes at Cosmo is delicious and a laid back vibe, amazing burgers and their shakes (some alcohol induced!) are to die for.

  • @tcnoble I keep looking at their drink menu.  I'm personally pretty sold on Holstein's.  A friend just got back from Vegas and loved Holstein's and Hyde looked really cool too.

  • @shoebunnie We have been to Holstein's several times and never disappointed. Their fries are amaaaazing, good drinks, good service, and most people generally appreciate a great burger! :)

  • And as far as "planning" a meal... you could always just tell your guests "we will be having dinner at X place at Y time before we head to Chandelier Bar at 8pm, join us if you want!" that way they don't feel obligated and can opt out if they would like to.

  • @tcnoble That's perfect!  Thank you!
