  Both Diamond State Party Rentals and Events Unlimited fall within the Wilmington area and have a variety of tables available for rent at pretty reasonable prices (around $6-10). 
  
  As far as officiants go, Celebrations for Life is an affordable option in your area (starts at approximately $275) that offers both religious and non-denominational ceremonies.  I would also look into Reverend Andria Lanette and Altared Vows by Taya.  Both of these options are rated highly by brides and Taya even offers discounts to military personnel as well as Knot members.
