  Chances are, at this point, you will need to buy off the rack.  Most designer dresses take 4-6 months to arrive, so you won't be able to order most designers.  Try looking for salons in your area that carry Mori Lee, Casablanca, Alfred Angelo.  They are all in your price range.  Also, you can try David's Bridal. You can probably still order from them.  Most of their dresses will arrive in about 6-8 weeks.
