  • I'm really scatter brained right now. I slept in and got ready in 15 minutes...I don't know how.

    B- Fiber One and Coffee, now I'm hungry

    L- Leftover Parm chicken

    D- Leftover chicken soup again...Soup lasts forever in our household

    E- CrossFit
  • B:  2 eggs, WW english muffin with a little PB, sliced banana, and a drizzle of honey; coffee with a tiny splash of milk

    L:  ST crockpot pernil, Pioneer Woman's restaurant style salsa, scallion/cilantro/habanero brown rice, roasted green beans; navel orange

    S:  apple

    D:  Chicken Thighs with Cilantro Sauce (LINK), sauteed peas with red onion, frijoles rancheros (frozen from when H's mom was here), probably some chips and salsa, mango

    WO:  first day to work out in almost two weeks!!  starting out with Insanity Recovery (33 min) instead of a normal work out... don't want to over-do it and relapse.
  • Weighed the exact same today as I did last Tuesday. That is frustrating. 

    B: Greek yogurt, oatmeal

    S: Apple

    L: I have to go buy something... probably a chopped salad

    S: Pumpkin chocolate chip "cookies"

    D: Not sure. H and I are supposed to be going out with his mom and step dad and I'm still waiting to find out where so I can plan my meal ahead of time. 

    E: Nada, not enough time in the day.

    I have 683c remaining. I'll probably have some pb with the celery, but I'll try to be good tonight and should be fine coming in under budget.

  • @LivLeighton - I reached my goal for month 1 (3%). Month 2 (which is 6% of your starting weight) ends next Thursday and I will have until Saturday night to submit an official weigh-in. I have to lose 3.8lbs in order to reach that goal which is unlikely especially because I'm in TX this weekend. The nice thing is that even if I don't reach my goal this month, I'm not out of the whole 6-month competition so I'm not totally beating myself up over it just yet. 

    MFP tells me my calorie goal is 1290 so I usually shoot for that. 



  • I don't keep track of calories for the most part.

  • @LivLeighton- I struggle big time eating the amount of calories I'm supposed to eat on a daily basis just because I don't know where to find that much food in my pantry. H and I will probably start eating more sweet potato and avocados.

    I'm supposed to be eating around 1700 calories daily for me to maintain muscle mass.
