Limo from airport to Mandalay Bay

Looking to surprise the future wife with a limo ride to the hotel.

I know it's rather close, so is it really worth the money?

Did you guys have the drivers bring you anywhere else on the way to the hotel?

Who should i use?

I think they have limos for hire outside the airport. You could also call Mandalay Bay to see if they could send one. How cool would it be to walk down to baggage claim and see your name on a sign?!

Its really close and probably not totally worth the money for the ride alone, but I love the idea of surprising your future wife, that part would be worth the money!!!

You could easily build in a stop at the Las Vegas sign, a great kickoff to your trip.

I like cirena's idea; otherwise I'd say not worth it. With tip, a limo from teh airport is probably going to be close to $100 since they tack on all the fees, unless you arrange it with the hotel in advance and it's a hotel limo that picks you up instead, that might be something to check out, but then the hotel is going to want to get in on the action so you get screwed either way.

Presidential limo has an "airport package" for $130 or so. I emailed Mandalay bay's concierge....lets see what they say.

A huge vote for Presidential. I got a limo pick up when I landed in Vegas on my birthday. The driver was at Baggage Claim with a "Happy Birthday Mo" sign. We stopped at the sign for pictures and had champagne all the way to our hotel (Vdara). I also love that they give the ladies REAL single roses.
