Hi Ladies!!
I am really starting to enjoy running. I am finally able to make it longer distances. I have been running on average 30 -50 minutes 3 - 4 times a week. I am not the fastest running inthe world by anymeans usually run about 5.5 mph. How do I avoid having to go to the bathroom when i either A) make it about the 30 minute mark or

when I try to increase my speed.
I am fairly regular as it is, eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. Most days I just quit running when I have to go since I am already back in the locker room.
Sorry if this is TMI but everyone is very helpful and I am afraid to start running outside on trails once the weather gets warmer.
