Dominican Republic - P.Cana

My fiance and I want to go to P. Cana for our honeymoon. We've been researching different resorts and don't know which one we want to go with. Anyone have any recommendations or advice based on experiences there?

I haven't been to this resort, but I've heard great things about the Excellence resorts all over. There's one in P. Cana.

Paradisus Palma Real if you are looking for top notch luxury, Paradisus P. Cana if you are looking for a little more established resorts with a ton of restaurant options and a great beach and as lvpalmtrees stated, Caribe Tropical is the 3rd option. They are all under the Paradisus resort umbrella and I did travel to all three. By far one of the nicest rooms I ever stayed in was at the Paradisus Palma Real in a Royal Service room. The property is very, very new so you will love it!

You may also want to check out the RIU hotel brand as well. I heard great things about them, too.
