After several failed attempts of reaching someone by phone at my original ceremony & reception location I sent an email stating we are canceling our contract with them. Mind you they answered every phone call until they received my deposit in February. Since then it seems as if it takes an act of god for a return phone call or email.
My new venue which is paid for I have no issues with the Luxor has been amazing to work with. They will let me know if there may be a delay in communication 99% of the time they get back to me well before said time which in turn makes me happy. They are also totally amazing to work with budget wise. If they can't provide something in budget they try to offer other solutions. I am totally in awe with them and the services provided
