- 9:00 set up
- 11:00 start hair and makeup
- 12:00 lunch
- 2:00 photos
- 3:30 start music, lawn games
- 4:00 move to ceremony
- 4:15 ceremony
- 4:30 cocktails & appetizers
- 5:30 dinner
- 5:45 toasts
- 6:30 cut the cake
- 7:30 start bonfire
- 8:00 sunset photos (sunset is 8:59)
- 9:45 last call
- 10:00 clean up
It's approximate but how does that sound?
