Rants: I've got nothing!  = )

Raves:  After work today, I'm going to pick up the last of the BM fabric for the totes & plan on getting everything cut out tonight.  Hope to knock out a few, or all of them, tonight & tomorrow!  I also have my first shower on Sunday!!  I'm so excited & I can't wait to see everybody!  = )

Hope all you ladies have a great weekend!  = )

    Rants: I hope it doesn't rain tomorrow! FI's bachelor party is  tomorrow and they have a lot of outdoor activities planned! Also I really hope I get dismissed from Jury duty next week because I DO NOT have time for it right now!!! They know I cannot serve all of the first week in August because I requested it off so hopefully they won't try to stick me on a "fast" trial...

    Raves: 2 weeks from today I will be getting married!! I have so many little things to finish up before then though... I am going to be finish up the purses I made for my BM's tonight. Jewelry party tomorrow with a friend of mine to finish all of the jewelry for the BM's and Sunday probably going to get all the ceiling draping cut and staged! (Oh and working on my final paper that is due next Wednesday that I haven't started yet...)

    Rants:  I am really sick of work, and having to do everyone's job but my own.  I think I am about to explode!  2 days next week and then a little time off  for my cousins wedding in ND.. excited about, but nervous because my BM dress just doesn't fit right.  OH well. 

    Raves:  Monday marks 2 years since my FI and I have been together.  Date night on Saturday consists of dinner and shopping, and Sunday's date Harry Potter!  Come on 5 o'clock, I want the weekend to start!!!

    Rant: I am sick of studying. I want to finishe decorating our apartment and enjoy summer while it's still here!And I could have been at a million Twins games this week but no, i've been STUDYING.

    Rave: I am finally going to Social Security to get my name changed today :) Woop!  DL is next week.  I've had to wait until I take my next CPA exam so my current ID matches the name in their system.  Twins game tonight, friends housewarming party tomorrow!

    Rants: FI is still sick :( Hoping this leaves his system soon... he is so crabby when he is sick!
    Raves: One year ago today FI asked me to MARRY HIM!! :) And I just finished print the envelopes and putting the STDs in them to be mailed off soon! I also got the FG dresses in the mail and they are too cute for words! I will hopefully be making my cake pops this weekend for a trial run, if the sucker sticks arrive!

    Rant: I really don't want to be at work today because I am not looking forward to the tasks I have planned. 4 o clock cannot come soon enough!

    Rave: I think FI is buying me a Kindle today! For some reason when I asked if I could buy it, he said he would be able to today since it is payday, so I am totally ok with that :) And we are planning on going to Captain America this weekend and hopefully making it DT to watch the fireworks Sat night- unless it is raining.

    And I am hoping to finish the vast majority of the invites- I made a lot of progress last night. The only thing I hate- I am being a perfectionist when it comes to them so when something isn't perfect it BUGS me a lot, but I am not about to reprint however many inserts just because the headers don't perfectly line up. F it.

    This week has sucked.  In general.  My FI and I lost a good friend. :(

    Raves:
    It's Friday.  It's payday.  Softball tourney this weekend.  Movie date.  WR projects.  NR projects.  I have high hopes it'll be a good/succesfful weekend.

    Rant - I got my sister and BIL a gift certificate to a local "Spa" for a "Congrats - you just had a baby now go have some grow up time on me!" gift.  The "Spa" cancelled their apointment once the day of and had a "scheduling mix up" again last night.  I'm pissed.  Do NOT make an apointment to do ANYTHING at Ava Salon and Day Spa if you want to actually get your money's worth.  At least I got the certificate from living social so I will at least get my money back but I hate to think about people who may have purchased gift certificates directly from the salon.  What horrible customer service!

    My other rant - it mysteriously smells like bacon in my office today yet nobody has any in here.  Must be wafting up from the restaurant 5 floors below us or something.  Regardless, it is making me seriously hungry!

    Rave - I got nothing today.  I woke up on the crabbypants side of the bed today.  Sorry!

    Rants: I have nothing :)

    Raves: I had my two little cousins who live out in Washington (one is 9 and one is 11) spend the night last night! We had a girls night with candy, painting nails, watching a movie and popcorn! So much fun!

    The the rave I have most excited about is I get to pick up my dress today!!! :]]] I cannot wait to see it and bring it home!

    Rants: I have nothing to do at work right now. I got all that I needed to get done, done already. Hopefully I'll be able to go home early then :-)

    Raves: FI works a shorter shift at the doggy daycare today, so he'll be getting home earlier tonight! We've also decided to take this next thursday off for 'family day' with our dog, plus my jewelry party's that night- so I'll have more time to clean the house :-P

    Rant:  Does laundry ever end? 

    Rave:  my kids go to their grandma's house for the weekend and I have 2 days of 'adult/kid free' time with my FI!  We are going to the farmers market and to our favorite place to eat (Brasa).  A much needed time out!

    Rant: Up until last night this week has sucked major things! I'm so done with the BS at work and really, if you want to write me up about something but you don't have PROOF of what I did except a jilted co-worker saying crap well then it's time to turn what I have in proof over to the state and be done with you as a company as a whole... you will be loosing 2 of your best employees in the area... screw you too stupid company!

    Rave: 99 days until the wedding, I had PTO so we took the weekend off together and are up at the cabin... I'm heading out to the lake here in a little bit to go out on the boat, enjoy some adult beverages...

    My last rave is that I have the most amazing and supportive FI any woman could ever ask for - I love him more and more everyday and I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with him!

    I'm going to mix it up and do my rave first, because it leads into my rant:

    Rave: My DH and I are going to see Harry Potter with some of our friends tonight. I am unabashedly more-than-a-little excited about it. Yup... I'm a nerd.

    Rant: One of the "friends" that is apparently attending is the evil b*tchface who might one day become my SIL (DH's little brother's gf). She treats me horrendously for no apparent reason (some of you might remember my posts about her giving me a diet book for Xmas and then openly telling me she hated me at my birthday party) and things just keep getting more and more tense with her. A few weeks ago, she tells me in front of all of our mutual friends that I "just need to deal with the fact that we will never be friends." If I weren't naturally sweet and nonconfrontational, I would tell her off and punch her in the face tonight. Seriously. I really want to punch her.

    P.S. I have never hit anyone in my entire life.

    Rant: I just found out today that my work wants me to go to dallas to train my supervisor.....on monday morning. Flight leaves at 7:00am. Nothing like springing this on me last minute and not even taking my plans into consideration, but not only that...I have to train my supervisor. Seriously...dumb.
