friday accountability

B:  leftover red wine braised chicken, some peas, fried eggs, mango (it was an awesome breakfast!)

S:  if I get hungry, I have some cashews

L:  roasted root veggies and chicken; blackberries

D:  steak over salad from the garden; iced coffee

WO:  probably none.  I am so dizzy and disoriented that I'm having a hard time walking straight, nevermind working out.

    B: Ham, egg, and cheese on a skinny wheat bagel

    S: Nonfat Fage

    L: I still have my lunch from yesterday (grilled chicken, veggies, sauce) and I have chicken chili also because a coworker and I both made it yesterday so last night we drunkenly decided to bring in our chilis and share lol

    S: Apple

    D: Chicken chili 



  • @Swazzle - I've been sick for almost a month with what started as a sinus infection, turned into double ear infections, and now I don't know what.  mainly I'm having a lot of dizziness and it's getting worse.  going to be calling the doctor again in a few minutes.  MEH.  haven't worked out in almost a month!  I feel so gross, but I physically can't do it.

    L-thyme white bean cassoulet

    S-grapes

    D-not sure yet depends if my friend and I go out to dinner after my dress fitting

    S-wine may be some fruit and pita chips

    B: coffee, bagel and cream cheese

    L: leftover hot dogs

    D: Mandarin Salad with Shrimp, wine

    E: running 4 miles with the dog during my lunch break

    ETA: Cinders and I ran 4.7 miles today instead of 4. WOO!! So glad I got my run in, now I can enjoy wine tonight without guilt.
