I've been eating junk food all weekend and have got to get back on the wagon.

B: TJ's frozen oatmeal 150 cal
L: Salad 160 cal and dirty rice with ground turkey 290 cal
S: 3 clementines 120 cal, apple
D: Not sure

ETA: I really tried to do pilates this morning...really...but Dave decided it was snuggle time and laid down next to me on the yoga mat so it didn't happen.

  • B:  meat from a Chick Fil A sandwich, 2 eggs; waiting to get some decaf coffee at work (it won't be ready until after 7:40, what??)

    S:  maybe a banana

    L:  arroz con pollo with green beans and peas; banana (if I don't eat it earlier) or some cuties; Ghiradelli chocolate square

    D:  eastern spiced nuggets, rice, broccoli; mango and fresh fruit/veggie juice

    WO:  maybe Insanity Recovery
  • B: Chewable vitamins (that I didn't realize were 10 calories each, ugh), asparagus quiche, monster

    L: Salad with ground turkey, 1/2 avocado, red bell pepper, salsa, tortilla strips.

    D: Turkey burger and pasta salad

  • I feel bloated this morning after eating junk food all day yesterday.

    L: ST Chicken Taco Chili, 15 cherry tomatoes

    D: Not sure yet. I didn't have time to go food shopping this weekend.

    E: 2 mile walk home from work then taking Lucy for a long walk because it's going to be SO warm today!

    L: not really sure. Probably a conglomerate of a leftover hot dog, dried mango slices, plus whatever else I can find.
