Meet n Greet

So I changed our location for our meet n greet to the hard rock cafe! I'm so much more happy with this. We originally were going to senor frogs at TI but I have read too many bad reviews. I've eaten at HRC just about every trip to Vegas and it's always been great so I'm excited :) plus there won't be no minimum and they are working with us even though we will all be paying separate since we won't be hosting. There will be 30 of us in the group so I'm really happy they were so helpful :) 2 more weeks ahhhh!

  • HRC was really awesome to work with back when we were getting quotes for our reception. They were our first choice after an in-suite (which we ended up doing).
  • I'm excited! I wasn't too sure about senor frogs since the get go but now that we are going with hard rock I feel so much better and I love their patio! And I found out they have a really good healthy menu!...veggie burgers! I love veggie burgers :D

@Valeriecruz82, what time of day did you do your Meet & Greet?  And where in the restaurant was it held?  Was it the Strip location?

I want to do ours at Hard Rock so badly but I saw another post where someone said the minimum was $4000 in the evening.  That could be for the patio area but that's what I have my heart set on.  It's perfect for us. Because we will be hosting it the day before the wedding, that's when most of our guests will be flying in so an early afternoon party isn't an option for this.  And our rehearsal is at 3:30pm that day so we won't be able to get over there until at least 4:30 or 5pm.  We're expect around 50 people for the Meet & Greet but at $30-$35 pp (per group dining menu) that's still well within our budget.  $80pp is not an option for the pre-wedding meal  when we're paying big bucks for a full reception for 75 the next evening.

The other two places I'm considering are Strip Burger and Burger Bar.  We're staying at Venetian and I see they have an I *heart* Burgers but I can't find any info on that place other than the phone number and nobody's got back to me yet after leaving a message last week.

Anyone else have a Meet & Greet at Hard Rock on the Strip?

No one has mentioned it but we are doing our Meet and Greet at Todd English PUB in Crystals. All their information for group dining is online! It is very reasonable!
  • @trm58 I was thinking about Todd English pub for a meet n greet too. Easy to work with so far and reasonably priced? I don't remember seeing the prices online when I looked?
I've still got too much else to do to focus on it just yet but I'm filing it away in my mental filing cabinet.

  • Todd English Pub is great. I need to add that to my list. Have you found out anymore info about pricing?

  • Nothing yet @hmgiffor‌ they have the packages listed but not the prices

  • I agree on Señor Frogs; it's just a tourist trap with expensive weak drinks.  I love Hussong's Cantina for this type of event, but it's down at Mandalay, so only useful for people in that area.
