  • My meal planning is being reversed since I forgot some ingredients at the grocery store yesterday.

    B- oatmeal

    L- Sushi

    D- Chicken tortilla Soup

    E- CrossFit
  • B:  2 eggs, 1 pc. bacon, WW bread with a little bit of PB, pineapple

    L:  leftover honey cashew stir fry with jasmine rice and lots of stir-fried veggies; cuties

    S:  banana + cashew butter + prednisone

    D:  Italian Chicken Sausage Tortellini Soup

    WO:  Insanity Recovery
  • B- hot chocolate oatmeal with strawberries

    L- veggie cassoulet

    S-pear

    D-leftover pasta

    S-wine and some pita chips

    E-time on the elliptical

    Anniversary

  • B: OMG my breakfast was SO GOOD. I toasted a sandwich thin, mashed 1/2 an avocado with a little bit of salt, spread that on the sandwich thin, and then topped it with sliced hard-boiled egg and pepper. SO GOOD. 

    S: Grapes

    L: Grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and avocado over romaine with zesty avocado dressing

    S: Greek yogurt

    D: Undecided. I might have pink eye and I have to go to the OB/GYN tonight so I will likely eat whatever the fuck I want. 

    E: Yea, no.



  • I'm back from the dead and going to try to participate more regularly in this.

    B: Large coffee cup full of Egg Bbeaters and salsa with a little cheese; chewy vitamins

    L: Salad with FF ranch dresing and lots of veggies; 6oz Veggie bean soup; 1/2 cup green beans

    S: Apple

    D: Either a salad with grilled chicken, parmesan and balsamic or Amy's rice and bean soup with cheese

    S2: Popcorn and wine

    E: 1 hour spin class

    I had to wear leggings last night to CrossFit...I was like seriously?!? I will probably have to do it again today.
