I saw that you are both going to be using friends or family members to officiate your ceremonies. Have you researched what needs to be done to get this person to legally perform your ceremony? Are the people you are using already ordained? Thanks!!!

    yes, we are using an ordained priest who is a family friend. he is the priest at a church in providence, although our ceremony will be in kingston where he used to perform mass before he moved to the providence parish.
