how do i go about setting up the police escort?

    I don't think that the NOPD does police escorts per request for weddings...but you can purchase a parade permit and pay per officer if that would help!  Try Officer Don Powers- (504) 343-5890- and ask him what your options are.  He is the one who handles all parade permits and police escorts for second line routes in the Quarter.

    I actually set up my Police Escort last week. It was $150 per bike with 2 bikes required. You pay the officers cash the evening of the wedding. I called (504) 658-6205. Hope this helps!!
