    B: ST Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Scone, fruit cup

    S: Greek yogurt

    L: I forgot to make my tuna last night so I have nothing for today, maybe a salad?

    S: Grapes

    D: Buffalo turkey burgers with homemade blue cheese dressing

    B:  slice of homemade WW bread with whipped butter, 2 eggs, coffee with a splash of whole milk

    S:  if I get hungry, I have a gigantic orange I can eat!

    L:  ST jamaican rice and beans, peas, baked lemon pepper chicken; mango

    D:  out to our favorite Mexican place... I think I'm going to get the Mexican Plato (basically a meat with black beans, rice, salad, and tortillas).  YUM!

  • B- hot chocolate, oatmeal with raisins

    L-mexican quinoa (quinoa with avacado, tomatoes black beans corn cilantro and lime juice)

    S-peach

    D-probably asparagus, potato wedges and may be a veggie patty

    S-veggie straws may be some wine

    E-abs work out and may be some time on the ellipitical
