Any recommendations for restaurants in the paramus area to have my rehearsal dinner?????

for about 25 people and I'd like to keep the cost at $40 or below/pp

I went to a few rehearsal dinners / bridal showers at maggiano's at riverside mall. I believe it was around $27ish per person and you get a lot of food for that price.
