Our date is 6/27/2015, so we have some time, but our reception site in Eden Prairie where we were going to have a tented reception fell through on us. We got as far as putting money down on the tent, band, photographer, planner, etc for that date, so we are pretty tied to it. We basically need a lot (lakeshore, city or charming is a bonus) to put this tent down.
I am really trying to think outside of the box. Most people suggest Nicollete pavilion or one of the parks in the twin cities right off the bat, but neither are options due to curfew (9pm in msp parks) and availability. I have gone as far as looking at vrbo.com or homeaway.com to see if anyone is willing to rent out their yard on lake minnetonka, calhoun, etc. So far, not much luck.
Any suggestions? We could probably throw down 3k or so for the lot/space itself.
