  Stay away from dresses that come from China.  They are knock-offs and usually poorly made.  You'll most likely end up spending alot of money for alterations for a dress that's poor quality to begin with.  Save your money.  

  
  

  What about department stores?  You don't have to go to a traditional bridal store.  Or Alfred Angelo?

  
  

  The color of the bodice of the one below can be changed.  It's only one style though.  I think because the two toned is pretty specific that you're going to have a hard time finding different styles of the same "pattern".

  The style we are going with is by Alfred Angelo and can be customized (bust one colour and skirt a different colour) with a variety of colours available. They are strapless but have optional spaghetti straps and it would be very easy to add wider chiffon straps, a halter around the neck, or a racerback style of straps. Also available floor-length or shorter.

  I agree- avoid dresses from China because if they suck, it can cost more than the dress itself to mail it back. I learned that lesson the hard way. 
  
  I think it's important to be flexible because when you have a very specific idea of what you want you can get frustrated when you don't find it. I'd say look at places that are trusted and see what is offered and how you can make it your own. A sash is a great accessory. 

  
  

  Also, don't forget to ask your bridesmaids what their budget is before you pick out a dress for them!

  When you said two toned, I immediately thought of Alfred Angelo, but to add in different styles as well, makes it a lot more challenging!

  I was also going to suggest Dessy. My friend is getting married in NY, and I live in California, but plenty of bridal shops carry the Dessy line across the country. My friend went online and picked her favorite 3 and told us to pick 1 of those three in the color she chose. Some of her other bridesmaids are also out of state, but no one has had a problem finding them so far.
