due to things that have came up in our life in the past few months financially, we are having to cut back on everything on the wedding besides what is already paid for, has anyone ordered their cake thru albertsons or costco?

    @ssteele04 That's a bummer but you are smart to do what you can afford! I have heard great things about Albertson's and Costo cakes.

    @ssteele04 Same here, I've heard great things about Costco cakes!   Sorry you have to cut back but that's smart, don't spend what you don't have on a wedding.  I'm sure it will all be fabulous no matter what you spend!

    thank you ladies!!! dang medical bills with this "new" insurance LOL!!! 
    I called Albertsons and we are just going to do a cupcake tower with them, I loved loved drago sisters stuff and feel horrible!

    I had actually ordered a cake from Walmart before booking with drago sisters, they're cakes from what I remember are cheaper then Albertsons. But I agree, I'm sure whatever you go with your day will still be amazing :)

    I am going to order a cake through Costco and have it served to my guests, and a really small cake for us to cut.  Costco cakes are REALLY good!

    I haven't actually ordered anything yet @ssteele04.  I'm going to Vegas in August for a wedding show at the convention center.  I'm hoping to find a cake baker there to try the cakes and get them to make me one for my fiance and I to cut and eat and hold our cake topper, and the restaurant said they will slice and serve the other sheet cake from Costco for our guests (with no cake cutting fees).  Costco's sheet cakes here in NC are around $17 I think, and HUGE!  I'm hoping this all works out! :)  It certainly is a cheaper option.
