    Have you gone through small claims court? Do you have doucumentation of your contract/proof they did not follow through (emails, etc) ? Have you shown up at their place of business?

    You should post this on your local board.  An international board is not going to give these people much interest, but some local brides may.

    It sounds like you may also have a breach of contract claim.  You should look into small claims court and/or speak with a local attorney.  If you contract for something, you have the right to get that something.

    Here's a question and it might seem ridiculous - How do I post on my local board?  What local news outlets would you suggest?  

    And yes we have a contract and are moving forward on that route.
