so at my bridal shower last month i got this really cute looking rose with one of my gifts after inspecting later that day i noticed it said garter bud on it i looked online everywhere to find out what it was and i could not find anything on it..
has anyone see it or knows what it is i am assuming its just a garter made into a flower and for decrative purposes or can it be used?
